Motorbreath Strain Review

Diesel strains have been around for a while, but few are as intense as Motorbreath. This fuel-flavored, euphoric strain is the perfect choice for experienced smokers who want to chill for the rest of the evening. The happy, tingly head high is perfectly balanced by the relaxed and gentle body high. It’s a solid choice for anyone who needs to unwind and nod off at the end of the night.

Sativa/Indica % Indoor Yield Outdoor Yield Flowering Period
30% / 70% 14 ounces per square yard 14-16 ounces per plant 10-11 weeks indoors, mid October outdoors.

Motorbreath weed is an impressive 70/30 indica-dominant hybrid, resulting from a cross between Chem D and SFV OG Kush. With those genetics, the high THC percentages should be no shock. THC levels can reach as high as 28% on the specific Motorbreath 15 strain; however, most Motorbreath varieties test between 20% and 24%. Its indica heritage is noticeable, leading to a relaxed but clearheaded experience.

Its potent effects are why the Motor Breath strain is often used therapeutically. Serious THC levels kick pain with ease, but users are still able to think. Just a small amount of this strain gives users the relief they need without losing the rest of their night. Insomnia, pain, and anxiety are among the most reasons people choose Motorbreath.

moterbreath effects

The smooth and steady onset of Motorbreath weed feels like sinking into a warm, tingly bath. Users notice a tingly buzz to kick off the head high, matched by a sense of uplifting relaxation. A gentle euphoria kicks in, making worries seem distant and uninteresting. As the head high continues, tingles migrate down to the rest of your body, until users are completely chilled out and ready to relax for the night.

The body high is deeply connected to the heady buzz. The tingles that spread throughout the body are quickly followed by a gently numbing body high, relaxing every muscle in the body. It’s completely natural to sink into the couch and spend the rest of the evening there. Many users also notice themselves dozing off if they don’t have something interesting to watch or talk about, which might be exactly what they’re looking for.

Motorbreath weed gets its name from its intense smell. Severe diesel notes are the first pungent impression. As buds get smoked, though, herbal and citrus notes become more apparent. The exhale remains heavily fuel-adjacent, leading to the Motorbreath name.

The taste is a little less diesel than the scent, though it’s still deeply present. Citrus and earth are much more noticeable on the tongue. The aftertaste is just a hint of herbs and kush. The OG Kush heritage shines through there.

Adverse reactions

Motorbreath is potent, and that’s important to remember. You can easily underestimate the strain’s impressively high THC content. Even experienced users are sometimes caught by surprise. Toking in moderation at first is an easy way to keep the experience chill instead of overwhelming. In high doses, this strain can lead to subtle paranoia or jitters, but moderation can help that as well. Otherwise, keeping water and snacks nearby will help keep the potential cottonmouth at bay.

Many people try Motorbreath 15 for its sky-high THC levels, and those using it therapeutically are some of its greatest fans.  The impressive THC content can take care of pain easily, while the relaxing, clearheaded high lets users remain aware.

People with anxiety, in particular, find Motorbreath to be a huge help. The deeply relaxing effects can help even the most active brains relax. Similarly, people suffering from depression also report improvements. Daily worries and emotional aggravations become less important in the face of this euphoric strain.

ADHD, PTSD, and OCD are some of the other reasons why people try Motorbreath, as they tend to involve repetitive, distressing thoughts. Motorbreath helps provide some distance and clarity, so sufferers can find some respite from their daily struggles. It’s also a great help for people with chronic stress, letting them unwind and relax.

Motorbreath offers more than just mental benefits. It’s able to ease even the deepest muscle tension in just a few puffs. Even long-term aches and pains from chronic stress or illness melt away as the numbing body high kicks in. This strain can also kick tension, headaches, and migraines. It stops pain and delivers valuable anti-inflammatory properties.

Growing Moterbreath Strain

Growers who have had a few successful harvests will enjoy growing the Motorbreath strain. It’s a moderately-sized plant that handles indoor and outdoor growing easily. The biggest challenge is keeping pests from attacking the dense foliage. Use some simple low-stress training to spread out the branches, and you’ll have great harvests with minimal stress.

This strain loves sunny, relatively humid environments. That leads to great results outdoors as well as in dense indoor situations. Lollipopping the branches can help keep the plants pest-free without stressing them too much. More high-stress training can lengthen the already longer growing period, so it’s not generally used.

Keeping airflow through the plants is the final piece to the recipe. Indirect airflow keeps plants happy, healthy, and thriving until its time to harvest. It also keeps every single trichome on the flowers in place for maximum potency.

Flowering Time

Indoor growing allows gardeners to pamper their plants and get the best harvests possible. Look for plants to reach about four to five feet. They are ready for harvest in nine to ten weeks on average. In good conditions, harvests are about 14 ounces per square yard for indoor grows.

Motorbreath stays reasonably sized outside. The plants can reach five feet, but not much taller. Look for the harvest around mid-October in the Northern hemisphere. A good outdoor harvest yields 14-16 ounces per plant.
